Answer: We can supply complete watch, also we can supply all kinds of high-end quality watch parts like watch case/strap/dial/hands, you can assemble in your country for tax reason. We can do customize design & brand, but you can also choose the watch collections from our existing designs. With more than 10 years of experience in design, R&D and watch engineering, we can quickly turn creative ideas into real collections of high-quality watches.
Answer: We always put the watch quality in the first place. Quality control & inspection during every stage of production. All watch parts will be 100% checked the appearance, and the function will be checked before production. During production, 100% products will be checked for both appearance & function again.
3. What certificates do you have?
Answer: We have CE, ROHS, REACH, etc, which meets Europe & USA standard. We can also supply your required certificated if needed.
4. How long is watch quality warranty? What will you do if there is any quality issue?
Answer: We guarantee watch quality 12 months from the date we ship to you. If there are quality problems, we can either send spare parts for you to repair, or you can send back defective ones for us to repair.
5. Can you provide custom packaging or labeling for my order?
Answer: Yes, we can do. Besides, we can custom giftbox to you with wood, paper, or PU leather material, ect, and here are some boxes we have, you can check it.
6. How shall we guarantee customer design non-disclosed?
Answer: We fully respect our customer’s rights of privacy, confidentiality & intellectual property. We can sign NDA with you while we start any new watch projects. Meanwhile, our watch factory 24 hours with CCTV camera, also all workers & visitor cannot take any photos while they enter into workshop..
7. How about the freight?
Answer: The shipping cost depends on your quantity and shipping address. Please inform us and we will check the detailed cost for you; If you have your own freight forwarder in China, you can also ask us to send the goods to them.
8. Can you do drop shipping?
Answer: Yes, we can delivery 1pcs qty, we can also do drop shipping. We can ship to your distributor/retailer or agent without exposing our own information but only yours. We can be your logistic warehouse.
