The instrument consists of 2 transmitters and 1 receiving host. The transmitter can determine whether the line is electrified, measuring circuit of phase and frequency. The transmitter will measure data to the receiving host through radio transmission, receiving host based data transmitter two line phase difference calculation, judging the same phase.
