A: We provide consultation services and offer personalized vehicle recommendations based on customer requirements. We send videos and photos of the purchased vehicles at each step, such as engine number, chassis number, production date, actual mileage, etc., ensuring that customers receive the desired and reliable products.
4. How do you ensure my order after placing it?
A: We track your order and provide videos at each step of the process. The location of the vehicle will also be tracked and provided to you until you receive it. We also have dedicated customer service to receive your feedback after delivery.

A: All exported vehicles must undergo quality inspections and are shipped only after passing the inspection. If any issues arise, we will communicate and negotiate with the customer promptly.
6. What are your transportation methods and delivery times?
A: All car orders are transported by container or roll-on/roll-off (RoRo) ships. We have a large inventory of electric vehicles, and each order can be packed and shipped within 7 days. The typical delivery time is 15-25 working days after receiving the deposit. We also offer personalized appointment orders to ensure your delivery time in advance. The specific delivery time depends on the ordered items and quantity.
