A: We are an auto parts manufacturer with fully owned trading company. Our group has been serving our clients in automobile industry since 1994 including new vehicle, second hand vehicle, auto parts and service store.
Q: How do I know if my transaction is secured?
A: We are a TÜV vertified provider on Alibaba. All our background and company information has been verified by Alibaba and TÜV so you can shop with confidence.
Q: How do I recharge my electric car classic car? How long does it take to charge?
A: Simple-just plug it in! Each new car comes with a small portable charging device that allows you to charge at home/office. The device is small enough to fit in the trunk or back seat.
Typically it takes about 6-8 hours to charge depending on different models.
Q: What is your payment term?
A: We accept T/T, L/C, West Union, and PayPal. Payment term is 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment.
Q: What is your trade term?
A: We accept EXW, FOB, and CIF.
Q: Do you offer any after sales service?
A: We have a support team that can video chat with you and walk you through the inspection & repair process for most problems. If any part needs to be replaced, we can send a new part to you at cost.
